Friday - Begin the weekend with a restorative practice including essential oils and Yoga Nidra. Tea and light snacks will be served.
Saturday - Start the day with a vigorous Gentle Yoga Practice followed by discussion of the Yoga Chakras as well as practices of techniques that strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. Vegetarian lunch included.
Sunday - Complete the restorative weekend with a morning Pranayama session followed by a Gentle Yoga Practice. Tea and Fresh Fruit will be served.
